We rent our production space for $100/hour and we have a 2 hour minimum.

We offer a 10% discount if you book 8 hours or more.

Absolutely. You should plan on bringing everything you need for your photo or video shoot.

ProSpace does have equipment available for rent as well.

ProSpace does have equipment available for rent. We encourage you to talk with our Production Coordinator about your planned shoot so that they can help you determine what additional equipment you may need to rent from ProSpace Studios.

ProSpace has plenty of free parking located in front of the facility. There is also limited space behind the facility to park for load-in and load-out.

We have a full front wall of natural light that can be completely blacked out with professionally installed blackout curtains.

If needed, you can rent lighting equipment for your shoot from ProSpace Studios.

ProSpace Studios is soundproof.

We have eight 4×8′ 2″ thick custom cloud lifted sound panels throughout.

Production Crew access is on the Ground Floor.

Equipment loading access is available at the Front or Rear door.

An Equipment Staging area is available in the Back Room.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting including Restrooms.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed.

ProSpace Studios is equipped with 600 amps of separate production power.

Yes. We offer free wifi service as part of your production space rental.
